Bayshore Networks is a privately held information assurance and security technology company, founded in New York, NY in 2002 by CEO Francis Cianfrocca. The Company is majority-owned by its founders and employees, with minority investment from senior partners at a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund. The company produces high-end, multi-protocol, behavior-based Layer 7 information assurance application firewalls which secure both internet-facing applications and intranet enterprise applications behind the DMZ, as well as blocking insider attacks/APTs.
