Cardxx, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the design, manufacture, and distribution of smart cards using a proprietary production process, Reaction Assisted Molded Process (RAMP). RAMP is used to securely integrate a mini computer, microcircuit, integrated circuit, radio frequency antennae, or a radio frequency identification element into a small form factor smart card or smart tag. Cardxx also encapsulates multimedia cards, security disks, and security key chain Fobs. The company was founded in 1981. It was formerly known as International Interchange Corporation and subsequently changed its name to CardXX, Inc. in September 1998. Cardxx is based in Windsor, Colorado.
