Cardinal Technolfgies, Inc. was founded in 1995 to provide software development, system testing and project management consulting services. Since that time, Cardinal's customers and partners have included IBM, Lockheed Martin, Grant Thornton, BearingPoint, Nortel Government Solutions, and LSG Sky Chefs. Currently through this network of prime contractors, Cardinal provides software design, development implementation and testing services; proposal management services; and program management consulting at several government agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, The Transportation Security Administration, and the US Census Bureau.
