Exari (formerly SpeedLegal) is an enterprise software company, founded in 1999,which has pioneered interactive document assembly using a patented XML design that ensures the validity of both the template and the assembled output documents, for arbitrary XML document types.In simple terms, the company's technology puts a user-friendly, browser-based, front-end onto the task of creating any type of standards-compliant document, for example, a contract marked up with semantic tags to denote legal and risk issues.
