Hitcents is a technology and custom software development company in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Hitcents was established by twin brothers Chris and Clinton Mills in 1999.Hitcents founders Chris and Clinton Mills started their technology careers early in life. As children in Arlington, Texas, Chris and Clinton had a knack for taking apart their toys and analyzing them. They had more of a desire to see how things worked than to actually play with them.
