Jay Goldberg

Co-founder & Managing Partner, Hudson Ventures

Jay Goldberg was a venture capitalist and entrepreneur who co-founded Hudson Ventures, a New-York–based venture fund investing in early-stage information technology companies. Under his leadership as managing partner, the firm supported startups in software, communications, security, and Internet infrastructure during key periods of industry expansion.

Goldberg played an active role in guiding portfolio companies through product development, market entry, and scaling. He was also deeply involved in New York’s emerging technology ecosystem, serving on the boards of several technology firms and participating in regional industry associations focused on entrepreneurship and economic development.

Before founding Hudson Ventures, Goldberg held leadership and advisory positions in multiple firms in the financial and technology sectors, where he developed expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and operations.
