Doctor of Computer Science. 1981-1985 scientific team manager at the NAS Ukraine Glushkov’s Institute of Cybernetics. 1985-1998 Chief of Joint Scientific Laboratory (Concern “Electron”- NAS Ukraine). Co-founder and Director of International Charity Foundation for History and Development of Computer Science and Technology (ICFCST). 1999- present time: Chief of Department at Electrodynamics Laboratory “Proton-21”. The author of 55 scientific papers and 8 patents.
