Description

The Deutsches Museum, founded in 1903, is Germany's national museum of science and technology and one of the largest technical museums worldwide. It holds large collections on IT History and its exhibits include large sections on information and communication technologies. The archives of the Museums hold the papers of a number of German computer pioniers such as Konrad Zuse and Nikolaus Lehmann. One of the main focuses of the Museum's research activities is IT history. The research group on IT history is led by Dr. Ulf Hashagen.
