Description
One of the creators of the Pascal P4 compiler, Nori is well-known for this work done together with Nikolaus Wirth. He has served as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and has been one of the pioneers of TCS's computer-based adult literacy program, which was successful all over India and in South Africa. Nori's research interests have included programming languages and compilers, meta tools and derivation of tools for software processes, modeling, simulation and systems engineering applied to enterprise systems.
Nori had a distinguished career that alternated between academics and industrial research.
