Description
One of the founders of NLnet, the first Internet service provider in the Netherlands and one of the first in Europe, Brazier helped establish foundational infrastructure for Internet access on the continent. She was a professor in Engineering Systems Foundations at the Delft University of Technology, where her research concerned multi-agent systems and participatory systems design.
