It can carry external 3.5" HDD x3/ 5.25" device x3 (or switch to 3.5” device x5) totally during fit with 12'' x 10.6'' CEB form factor, it also support 12'' x 13'' EEB form factor then it can carry 5.25'' device x 2 or use HDD bracket to switch to 3.5'' / HDD x1.
