The board has 4 DIMMs slots for 4 GB ECC registered DDR-200/266 memory. SUPER X5DEi is based on the ServerWorks GC-SL chipset and offers Dual EIDE ports, 2 Intel 82540EM Gigabit Ethernet and Up to 4 USB ports.
