Velocity Micro's ProMagix HD60 has a specific class of user in mind. It seems tailored to those people who plan on using their system as a media creation station for graphics or video. Because of this, it uses some more expensive workstation class components that means for its cost the performance is less than a consumer driven system. Reliability should be much better though. While the base configuration may leave some components a bit lower than desired, Velocity Micro offers a wide range of customization options but they will drive up the cost of the system.
