Description

It is the German version of the well known Speak & Spell (Type 2).The green flourescent display of the Buddy uses only 8 alphanumeric characters compared to the 9 characters of the original Speak & Spell design. The Speech-ROM's of the Buddy are still the 128kBit types compared to the 256kBit chip found inside the later La Dictée Magique.
