MicroPro International Corporation was the publisher of WordStar, a popular early word processor for personal computers.Seymour I. Rubinstein founded MicroPro International Corporation in September 1978. MicroPro began selling the product, now renamed WordStar, in June 1979. WordStar International merged with SoftKey in 1993.
