The ASRock K8Upgrade-NF3 is a low-end motherboard based on the Nvidia nForce3 250 chipset. It features support for AMD Athlon 64 and Sempron processors while its ASRock Future CPU Port allows for upgrading to Socket 939 / Socket AM2.
