BIS Computer Solutions, Inc. (BIS) has been in operation since 1971. In its first decade, BIS became a premiere supplier of computer hardware and application software to the general business community. In short order, BIS began to specialize in providing information management solutions to film production and distribution companies, specialty retain chains, agricultural production and distribution plants, and retail jewelry outlets. Soon after, BIS began to develop what would become the most highly integrated and extensive computerized criminal justice information management solution available in the market place today. The BIS application arsenal includes systems for law enforcement, corrections, and courts. Over the years, BIS has adjusted to the different technologies and market requirements. This is confirmed by the fact that our customers that we established in our early days are still with us.
