Description
Intel 8048 is a member of Intel MCS-48 family of 8-bit microcontrollers. The MCU has on-chip clock oscillator, 2 8-bit timers, 27 I/O ports, 64 bytes of RAM and 1 KB of masked ROM. The program and data memory of the 8048 can be expanded to 4 KB and 320 bytes respectively.
