Description

Christopher Hartman is Manufacturing Specialist at Pearson Learning Solutions, a publishing and technology company based in Boston, Mass. Prior to this, he was Editorial Director of the Newbury Street Press, the imprint of the New England Historic Genealogical Society. Prior to that, Chris spent more than a decade in the rare book trade, having worked with, among others, Goodspeed’s Book Shop on Beacon Hill.

Chris has authored one book, edited another, and writes occasionally for The Daily Caller, a political website started by Tucker Carlson and Neil Patel, as well as the Christian Science Monitor newspaper. He studied political theory at Hartwick College and has attended the Rare Book School at the University of Virginia.

In his spare time, Chris deals in rare books, writes for his weblog, High Tech History, and enjoys spending time with his wife Leigh and cat, Vincent.
