Description
Sue A. Conger has a B.S. in psychology from Ohio State University, an M.B.A. in finance and cost accounting from Rutgers University, and a Ph.D. in computer information systems from the Stern School of Management at New York University. She is the author of two ½ books, The New Software Engineering, 1994; and Planning and Designing Effective Web Sites (with Richard O. Mason), 1997, and is currently at publishing Process Mapping & Management and jointly writing IT Service Management. Dr. Conger's research interests are security/privacy and innovative uses of IT. She is currently on the faculty of University of Dallas where she manages both Information Technology and IT Service Management programs.
