Description
I was a student of numerical analysis at Lund University in Sweden, writing my first program for the SMIL computer, in 1958. I worked as a programmer with this machine and some others and got my Ph D in numerical analysis in 1972. I have since worked at various universities as senior lecturer in computer science. In 1969 I wrote an essay on early Swedish computing and I have published a couple of papers on Swedish computing policies and one on politics and computers for the History of Nordic Computing conference HINC I.
