Inducted into the WITI Hall of Fame in 2018, Li built her reputation as a globally minded technology executive with leadership experience spanning the United States and China. She served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Storage and Availability Business Unit at VMware, where she oversaw a broad portfolio of products including software-defined storage, hyper-converged infrastructure (vSAN and VxRail), vSphere storage, data protection, and storage and availability services for the cloud.
