Leader of the team that designed and implemented the 65-nanometer process resulting in the world's highest frequency of operation in the eClipz POWER6 system, Crabbe has served as Chief Technologist for the Systems Group at IBM Systems and Technology Group in East Fishkill, New York.
In particular, his work in leading the process development team that designed and implemented the 65-nanometer process resulted in the successful general availability of the eClipz POWER6 system in June 2007. His work in this area led directly to the POWER6 systems boasting the world's highest frequency of operation.
