eSafe protect, previously known as Eliashim Antivirus was developed by EliaShim Ltd., and distributed by eSafe Technologies Inc., based in Seattle, WA. EliaShim anti-virus - ViruSafe - designed and programmed by Gabi Schwartz felt very different from other anti-virus products at the time and stood out in its look and feel from the others; something other windows anti-virus producers have been doing ever since to make their anti-virus products more appealing but did not put much time in up to that time.
