The NCR 8570 combines technologically advanced hardware with sophisticated software for almost unlimited capabilities. Highly efficient software — COBOL 74 in a virtual storage environment — greatly increases the processing capabilities of all applications including data base management and telecommunications. Other compilers include the basic industry standards, COBOL and FORTRAN, and NCR entry level NEAT/3.
