Description

Hitachi announced the HITAC L-700 Model E office computer series in October 1991 as the successor to the L700 series. Hitachi developed an industry-leading 0.8-micron 530,000-transistor BiCMOS processor with twice the performance of previous processors for the flagship L-780E and L-790E models.
