Description

The 700 Series terminals were introduced in 1987 beginning with the 700/92 and 700/94. The 700/92 was 2392A compatible and held eight pages if display memory. It came with a 14-inch screen and could display either 80 or 132 columns of text data. The 700/94 ($1,095) could hold 16 pages of display memory. The 700/71 (IBM 3191 compatible) was priced at $695. The 700/22 (DEC VT220 compatible) was priced at $575. The low-cost 700/41 ASCII terminal was priced at $375.
