Description
The Fujitsu S-4/20H was a Fujitsu-developed mid-range workstation from the S Family that was equipped with a hyperSPARC processor, developed by Ross Technology in the U.S. The S-4/20H 150 and 150MP models were announced in November 1995 as products jointly developed by Fujitsu and PFU. The 200 model was announced in November 1996 with 1.3 times the integer computation performance of the 150 model.
