Adamo (Latin for "I fall in love with" is a Dell subnotebook focused on design and mobility. A notebook prototype was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show on January 9, 2009.Dell also claimed it is the "world's thinnest laptop", at 0.65 inches thick.It is a slim luxury ultraportable intended to compete with Apple's MacBook Air, Lenovo's ThinkPad X301, or HP's Voodoo Envy 133 laptop.On September 9, 2009, Dell previewed a new, thinner Adamo "XPS" laptop design, which was 9.99 mm (0.39 inches) thick.
