The Apple Macintosh Performa 580CD features a 33 MHz 68LC040 processor, 5 MB or 8 MB of RAM, and either a 250 MB or 500 MB hard drive in a relatively-compact all-in-one case with a 14" color display. The Performa 580CD was sold in Canada, Asia and Australia, but the educational version, the LC 580, was sold worldwide.
