Description

The iPod mini was a compact version of the iPod. It shipped in silver, gold, blue, pink and green anodized aluminum. It was available with 4Gb of hard drive space. It supported FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 through the dock connector. The screen was 1.67” and backlight. The iPod mini shipped with earbud headphones, a belt clip, an AC adapter, a FireWire cable and a USB 2.0 cable. Different from the existing iPods of the time, the iPod mini incorporated the four touch buttons as a part of the touch sensitive scroll wheel, which would come to be known as a click wheel.
