Softronix is a private limited company set up in 1995 and registered as a Private Limited Company (or Incorporate) with the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in February 2001 under Companies Ordinance 1984 with the objective to set up an industrial undertaking engaged in the manufacturing of Software and Computers and to establish a business of Software Development for the domestic and International Markets.
