Northgate Information Solutions Limited (Northgate) is a provider of specialist software, outsourcing and information technology services with more than 11,500 staff in 35 countries. Northgate has two business divisions: NorthgateArinso, specialising in HR services and Northgate Public Services, specialising in services to the Public Sector; Northgate Managed Services, specialising in Managed IT Services to the UK mid-market, was acquired by Capita in February 2013.
