Larendee Roos Consulting

Larendee Roos is the Head Coach. Ms. Roos has provided consulting services for a variety of industries and ventures since 2003. She has provided business strategy and supervision of day-to-day operations for the following companies: Recruiting Connection, DesignWerks, SafePlace Storage, U-Stor-It, Lock Away Self Storage, and Eastern Elevator, to name a few. She was the Executive Vice President for Extra Space Storage, a leading operator of 500 plus self-storage facilities nationwide. From 1992 to 2002 she was responsible for leading the teams that analyzed, developed, and implemented all of the systems for the tactical sales, marketing, operations, and accounting at Extra Space Storage. She also served as a strategic advisor relative to development, acquisitions and mergers, and business development. She has a Liberal Arts Education in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Evangel University, and the University of Utah.
