Intertec Data Systems

Founded in 1973 by William M. Wells, ex IBM employee. The company starts producing teleprinter and video terminal. In 1979 at NCC of New York there is the announce of the Superbrain, it's a great success. The name was changed to Wells American Corporation around 1985. In 1988/89 the company declare bankruptcy. The last successful product was a computer called CompuStar. This trademark was sold to CornerStone Technologies, Inc.
