As of 2002, Accelio Corporation was acquired by Adobe Systems Inc. Accelio Corporation, a provider of graphic design, publishing, and imaging software, agreed to acquire Accelio Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, Adobe common stock would be exchanged for all Accelio equity securities. The Accelio business would be integrated into Adobe's operations. Accelio Corporation, formerly JetForm Corporation, provides Web-enabled business process solutions. The Accelio family of integrated software solutions empower organizations to capture, integrate, and present strategically relevant information for employees, partners, and customers, enabling them to work smarter and more productively. Accelio customers are Global 2000 organizations in the financial services, banking, manufacturing, utilities, and public sectors. All of its products fall under one of three solution brands - Accelio Capture, Accelio Integrate, and Accelio Present.
