2Web Technologies was a New York City-based computer software company which was acquired by Google in mid-2005.Its flagship product, XL2Web, was further developed at Google to become the spreadsheet application in Google Docs, the first launched product in that suite. On June 6, 2006, it was launched as Google Labs Spreadsheets.
